Unusual and intriguing red Millwall emerged from the meeting of Pinot Noir and Corvina Veronese. Intriguing challenge for fans. Bouquet: clean and sharp looks the soft fruit. Red: cherry black is necessary, politely, an elegant shade of black cherry and berries. All well conjugated to a superb hint of tar. Pairings: grouper or turbot Sicily. Ideal with meat red meats and game. Excellent with cheese medium-aged. Tips: pour into a decanter for release from the foam. You may want to do an hour before tasting.
