Rinaldiplus58° is the noblest brandy from Villa Rinaldi, obtained from the artisanal distillation of the best traditional method reserves and their yeast colonies in antique pot sills. Thanks to the antique method of disgorging by hand, which is still in use today across the Villa Rinaldi production, it is possible to gather these lees, which once distilled, deliver a very refined bouquet. Rinaldiplus 58° is aged for many years in oak barriques from the French Massif Central, which imparts a warm, amber colour to this brandy.
