Olfactory examination
A crescendo of sensations, from the sweet notes of sour cherries and caramelized figs combined with the fresh notes of Mediterranean citrus fruits. A well orchestrated finish highlighted by balsamic hints, hazlenut, cocoa and oriental spices.
Gustatory examination
Complex lingering flavour that is sumptuous enveloping and velvety. Luxoriously draped in superb sweetness that plays with an almost impalpable perlage.
Pairing
Blue cheese, chocolate desserts and/or with spices.
